AM- the usual - grind the coffee beans, feed the dogs, breakfast with my wife - then off to work out (burn off some of that pre-election anxiety - it's been a rough few months, hasn't it?!)....home for lunch, then dig back into the garden book I am writing (should be a good diversion)....
something unique and fun tomorrow night - mini painting thing (Artistic Abandon) with my wife and daughter and a bottle of wine (that should be good for laughs! I've never even tried to paint anything, at least since grade school...and I am a really bad artist, I suspect!)....9:30, return home, and start watching returns - probably won't be making the trip out to Durham to join some local DUers. (yes, I will be checking on my Android during the painting session, at least a few times).
My prediction - race called for Obama at 11:15 PM. There will be much gnashing of teeth in our very red neighborhood....and much joy at our house when it all happens!
catch you on DU now and then. What will Wednesday bring here going forward...should be interesting - there's lots of work to do!

(12,159 posts)Tomorrow I am going to try to make this Viking hat and braids for my baby great-granddaughter. It should be interesting, since I don't know how to crochet. Learning how to and making the hat will keep my mind busy at least. Anyway, I hope so!

(16,185 posts)been off for a over a week now due to blowing a knee out and I've watched way too much political crap.
I'm gonna take a comfy fold up chair, some bait and sit on a bridge for several hours.
Go Obama.
