Woot! I just delivered my ballot with YES votes for Marriage Equality and Sensible Marijuana Reform

And of course President Obama, Senator Cantwell, Jim McDermot, and our next Governor - Jay Inslee.

Referendum 74 asks voters to approve or reject our state's historic marriage equality law. Marriage and family are about love and commitment, working together, strengthening the community, raising children, and growing old together. Here in Washington, we support strong families and we value freedom and equality, including the freedom to marry. Our marriage equality law already includes strong protections for people of faith and religious institutions, and Referendum 74 would not change that. Vote YES on Referendum 74 to preserve marriage equality.

Initiative 502 would legalize the possession of marijuana for adults. Supporters say it would allow law enforcement to stop wasting resources on casual marijuana users, take money away from criminal organizations, and generate tax revenue for our state and local governments. The only marijuana that would be legal to sell in this state would be grown by specially-licensed Washington farmers and sold in licensed and regulated stores. Vote YES on Initiative 502.

I did too! If all goes well tomorrow night, I shall be cheering Obama's 2nd term with a joint between my lips while getting gay married.

Governor Inslee! I came here from Utah. The liberals there are FANTASTIC, btw, but I love living in a liberal state!

Obama/Biden, Inslee, Cantwell, delBene (1st Dist) and other Democrats. Also yes on 74 and yes on 502.

My daughter and her husband still have their ballots unopened on the dining room table. I'm not sure they are going to fill them out this time -- after all, this is Monday and The Voice is on.

and daughter has said that all three voters in the house will vote for it. I think the problem is that they are lazy, not sufficiently motivated and so disillusioned (probably with life) that they don't see that even their 2 votes matter. And they surely don't listen to me.
