How would you start a national movement/initiative

I think starting on Obama's second day, of his second term (second, because there may be serious hangovers), we start an initiative, national in scope, with a goal to get every Democrat a voter ID card.

Get it to the supreme court of the US, hopefully after Obama replaces the rightwingers.

how we can do it effectively. Who knows, with our GOTV expertise, the tables could be turned and Republicans might be fighting against what they are for today.

and beat them at their own game. Can you imagine if we had had a Republican president with their Atty General and DOJ ? Texas and Pennsylvania for sure would be facing a horrible, horrible fate tomorrow.
