making calls for the next fifty minutes - if anyone else is going to... I highly recommend Ohio, not Virginia.

Virginians don't like to be bothered and will be hostile about it, is my experience.

Made phone calls to friends in VA. I was surprised when an old friend told me she is voting for Obama. And her son voted absentee for President Obama!!!!!!!!! She has been so right wing but maybe divorce has opened her eyes.

also had been campaigning there Sat and Sunday and had a sense of the mood. People there were great, but definitely met some who weren't nasty - they just didn't want to be bothered anymore...

Tonight's calls went okay - about 6 or 7 Obama supporters, all those folks were nice, hung up on once, and one NASTY Romney supporter. I think she was so nasty because she knows they're going to lose. Nah, actually, I think she was just a nasty piece of work.
