They would go out to movies and dinner on like a double date, they had bridge games,...all that stuff. Played foursomes at golf. After a year the owner made him a full partner in the business and this right-wing asshole I know conned the owner into letting him do the books. He managed to then con the guy into giving him an Unlimited Power of Attorney and he promptly used it to transfer ownership of the company over to himself cutting the original owner off completely. The ultimate hostile takeover. The original owner was so upset fighting it in court that he committed suicide. Now for the ultimate outrage,...this pig showed up at the funeral and hit on the widow.

BTW: On the bright side, he didn't vote this time.
