Today, I helped a Romney supporter.

I pulled into my local IHOP for breakfast after voting Democratic. As I got out of my car, I saw someone's drivers license laying on the ground, presumably from the car parked next to mine. The car has a Romney/Ryan bumper sticker on it.

I brought the drivers license inside and gave it to the waitress seating me. She then gave it to the owner and she thanked me.

your driver's license would have been thrown in the sewer. this is what sets us apart from goper's/conservatives. They are allowed to exist in our world

when i try to distill the differences, i always come back to two things. republicans believe that the ends justify the means, and democrats care about everyone.

just started to post. I had a few years in the politicalcrossfire forum before it was put out of commission, I was longtime democratic leader on it

That's the biggest difference between us and the Right. We care more about our principles than the outcome.

Of course, I would then try to find two Obama supporters and help them, too.

If you had found that person and handed their license back to them personally while wearing pro-obama or democratic garb.

"Here, I wanted to make sure you got to your polling place without any hassle. Go vote." Then walk away and wait for the popping noise of their head exploding.
