same with me....although I really bawl at the Battle Hymn of the Republic...

and voting by mail (as I must in WA) doesn't evoke the same sentiment in me. I used to love standing in line on election day, didn't even mind waiting two hours to vote for Bill Clinton.

and i'm 57 years old, it hasn't changed. all the posts on DU about voting and getting out the vote - this has been a soggy morning and the day has just begun.
