The Wasteful, Big Spending Romney Campaign

When we walk our neighborhoods, we have a plan. Our plan is to squeeze every last vote out of the voter file, and to do it with the most efficiency and at the least cost. The GOP is supposed to be the party of small, efficient government but their campaigns don't operate that way. The cost of sending literature to every damn home in Pennsylvania is astronomical and totally reckless. When you talk to people in OFA headquarters, they just shake their heads in disbelief at the profligacy and waste they see in the Romney ground game.

And you better believe that this difference between how the two parties campaign will show up in how they govern.

ROI = Return on Investment.

All that money doesn't come from little people...it comes from big Corporations and Millionaires who profit from them...

take Adleson for example...his $Millions are an investment in keeping him out of jail (remember he's under investigation for money-laundering?) Staying out of jail is a HUGE ROI...

take the Kochs....$40 or $50 million is nothing compared to the billions they will make off of pipelines and deregulation of the oil and natural gas industry...(are they into coal too? I honestly don't know) The ROI is astronomical.

Romney is using the classic Casino strategy...he's gambling with THEIR MONEY...not his...but they are more than willing (even anxious) to put the money in because it's calculated to be worth the risk...
