Why does Wall Street continue to back Republicans when the market does better with Democrats?

it's because with republicans in office, the (potential for) lack of regulation allows individuals on wallstreet to make money, regardless of the market's direction.

He said if O wins, and he expects him to, the market will go up. He even admitted that Romney's economic plans were "uncertain" and that a Romeny win would drive markets lower
