That first part of this day on MSNBC was torture.

there have been days when I would have just take an axe to it. I keep thinking about telling them to pull the plug because there are so few things worth watching for what it costs. I bet with a decent antenna I can still get most Boston channels and PBS. I guess I need to find out what it would cost for just internet access.

all local channels (PBS included). Cost for Comcast service for internet: $65. Soon to be hooked up with fiber-optic, which will reduce it to $50 per month. TV just not worth more than that.

I use the internet to stream stuff so I will have to keep that but no TV will knock a substantial chunk out of the bill every month.

Or Free Speech TV. Democracy Now is on right now. They are discussing voting rights.
