So the electronic machine had probs that we're supposedly fixed. Now the paper ballot scanner is broken, so they are just collecting the paper ballots.
This is asinine.

Just curious if it's the mystery Ohio machines.
Of course there are paper ballots readily available since it's a red district. Probably a different story in more dem districts.

paper being hand counted (and recounted if needed) is my favorite way to go!
