Frustration and aggravation at recent gerrymandered boundaries

Sure this is Utah and the Republicans strut around unchecked. But it's so obvious in it's nasty one sided attempt to gerrymander out of politics any non Republican, they make me sick.

I understand that Matheson comes from a long line of Utah politicians that are Dems, but tend toward pretty extreme non Dem votes. He voted against HCA for instance. But it's all we have. As a family, the Mathesons have served the State well. Their reputation has put them in office time and time again, because of their values, and not because of their party affiliation. But that kind of stuff, isn't happening any more. The Norquist contract, the group think and whoesale group obstructionism has set a new standard of party affiliation being everything.

Well the Reps couldn't have any of that previous standard of voting for the Man, rather than the party. They reconfigured political boundaries that stretches in a very narrow, thin path for 350 miles, reaching from Salt lake City, down to Zions National Park/St George. All with an eye on getting Mia Love, a bagger into office. Like the idiots haven't learned what a waste of effort Mike Lee and Jason Chaffetz have already proven to be. She was a one time Mayor of small town USA so her State experience was nil, but her numerous and high end ads screamed of outside financing and concerted effort at something bigger than just getting Mia Love into Congress.

I can't help but feel that this view to a long term winning, and retention of all House Seats for Republicans. No fairness intended, no attempt at a multi party system intended. It is one of hundreds of concerted steps to entrenching their cronies without the remote possibility of any other party participation. Mark my words, by hook or by crook, over the next 2-3 election cycles, you will see every state doing whatever it takes (candidates seeming to be a Scott Brown Rino type, changing boundaries, losing ballots, lying overtly, misleading voter information, tampered electronic voting etc etc etc) to get a Rep into office.

I can't think of any way to avoid this than to keep the tickets all DEM. I WON'T BE FOOLED..... I WON'T EVER EVER EVER VOTE REP, no matter how mild mannered they seem. No matter the alternative, I JUST WON'T DO IT!!!

Mia Love?.................
