'I'm Sorry, Ba-rack Who?



President Barack Obama made calls this morning at a campaign field office in Chicago, calling voters in Wisconsin to turn out and vote.

One voter, Annie from Wisconsin, seemed to have trouble figuring out who was on the phone.

From the White House pool report:

"Hi is this Annie? This is Barack Obama."

The caller may not have known who it was.

"This is Barack Obama. You know, the president?"

Caller is from Wisconsin.

"She was very nice to me even though she initially didn't know who I was," Obama said when the call ended.

. . . funny, it's another one of those instances where you wonder how these folks got their jobs. You're like, 'damn, I could do so much better than that.' Must have been a brain freeze.
