I just voted here in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and there were very long lines here.

I was voter 108 in my line and the lines next to mine were up to voter 300 as of 11 AM. We have many local races that are competitive here so they are coming out in droves.

You win a primary in this neighborhood and you have a job for life. But I can't remember the last time I had to stand on line to vote.
