and it will be legal. The Supreme Court is set to review the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Many court observers felt that Roberts' vote for the ACA was in part an attempt to give him cover to provide the deciding vote to overturn the VRA. We really need to keep the Senate and regain the House. And for Harry Reid to change the filibuster rules, because we may need new legislation to protect people's right to vote after the SCOTUS makes their ruling.

If we do not halt this tide of suppression, we may well find that EVERYONE, save just a few partisans are not able to cast their ballots.
