Over an hour to vote today in Rhode Island

I have never had to wait more than five minutes, ever.

We have the new ID check in place, and it is taking 3-4 minutes per person to get your ballot.
The gentleman behind me in line was still trying to get a ballot, as I was leaving

Lots of grumbling in line, as well as pointing to the numerous empty booths to vote, with a line waiting.
