He steamrolls everybody all the time. Whether he's a guest on this show, or hosting his own...he is an absolute ignoramus and I shake my head why no one ever tells him to shut up. He interrupts his own guests, interrupts the hosts of shows where he is a guest....he is without a doubt THE most obnoxious person on air on MSNBC. Hands down. He even beats Scarborough, who for all his repuke B.S. doesn't do that kinds of crap.

And seniority allows you to simply walk all over people? Really, is that a fact. He can get his points in, no one is going to prevent him from doing that. It doesn't mean you have to be a rude asswipe. Matthews is a guest on her show...HER show. Not his.

Chris was NOT great. He was, and is a total asswipe. I can separate his politics from his personality, and while I will always applaud his progressive views I will never applaud his egomaniia and on air bully tactics. And by the way, his progressive views haven't always been so obvious...as in circa 2003 at the start of the Iraq War when he was banging the drum for Bush.

speculative propaganda, it's a win for our side.

You can abuse Chris Matthews all you want but when he speaks the truth, no matter how and when, them I'm in his corner.

She wasn't spouting anything.... she was trying to talk. To get a word in edgewise on her show. At the very start of her show. The show she hosts where she 'spouts' her liberal points of view. Propaganda?? Good lord this isnt a 'fight the good fight, progressive/liberal vs. evil republican' argument or issue. I am simply talking about common courtesy and decency. When you are a guest in someone's house, do you barge in the front door, shove people out of the way and start giving orders? Of course you don't!

Why do people make absolutely everything political here? I am on Tweety's side and the side of any and all progressives and liberals everywhere. But in my opinion, as a media personality he is a total asshole and attention whore.

is speculative propaganda. Anyone who saw Ghouliani earlier would agree. I'd rather hear Chris Matthews disrupting the scripted timeline with some truth to power than listen to Alex prognosticate about the outcome of this election. I agree, it's her show but I'll take rude if it's rude to interupt BS with some occassional truth. And I am very glad that Matthews was honest and off-script.

He was talking over the top of her, elbowing her out of the way, to say go vote go vote go vote. Yes, go vote! Do that of course! He could've let her ask her question, answered it and then gone on to make his point about voting. No one is saying it's not a good message....it's a great message! And it wouldn't kill the guy to show a little professional courtesy to a colleague by answering her question first, then going on to make his point.

We are on two entirely different wavelengths obviously.

However, what he was just saying WAS great and I didn't see Alex being bothered by it...
