I've seen numerous reports of people being unable to get through or to get help from them --- so just passing this along for whatever it's worth. (which doesn't seem to be much from what I'm hearing).

Best option is to get the numbers of your local SBE office and OFA office and the DOJ (civil rights/voting section) and local FBI office BEFORE YOU HEAD TO THE POLLS.

You need to have all possible numbers handy when you get there and CALL THEM ALL if you or anyone you see has issues.
