Odd, but I can only find instances associated with Republicans, from voting in 2 states (previous elections but seems to be no big deal), dumping voters' registration forms and posting false signs asking for id when not needed, to supplying machines which flip votes, etc. I really cannot find any pattern of fraud or suppression that is not directly linked to Republicans. Did I overlook something?

(978 posts)ACORN was a previous election. I haven't heard about anything with Democrats involved in this election.

(14,731 posts)To repeat, there is no Democratic equivalent of the repeated Republican efforts to block people they don't like from voting. Voter ID laws, flyers with false information, threats of criminal charges, restriction of early voting, deliberately misleading and disgusting robocalls, "poll watchers" who are deliberately slowing down voting and using misinformation to challenge valid voters - -all of these are vintage Republican tactics. These typically, though not exclusively, targets minorities and they happen over and over and over again, in election after election. By contrast, Republican voting complaints boil down to transparently bogus claims about ACORN and voter fraud.
