Not much they can do if you get out of the polling place after taking it.

But I doubt you'll go to jail or anything awful like that if you're caught. They may just take your phone until you're done voting.

so I could if I wanted to. I didn't, and really had not intended to, but I know some are doing it when the machine flips their vote.
I basically wanted to know if it was an issue to worry about, and it looks like it's not.

is meant to keep your ballot secret. It prevents your boss, spouse, preacher, church, union, etc. from requiring you to show a completed ballot.
