I once waited on Tommy Thompson at a steak joint in Madison where I worked. He was a hand shaking machine.

I have a sister in Winneconne... I used to love fishing for lake perch and black bass.

Yes, GOTV Wisconsin.

Really? That's a pretty high percentage of voters. Wonder if the trend will continue.

The higher the overall turnout of general population, the more it favors the Democratic ticket.

Except for a week ago Sunday, he said they have been pounded every day. I stopped over today and same thing. Papa John's is bringing them free pizza for lunch, so giving a shout out to them. I'll have a tired hubby tonight, as he left at five a.m. and won't get home till ???.

I saw a funny site about a block away from the polls where he is working: A horde of romulans all holding dozens of fancy signs (I was made to understand romney signs were free, due to the billions from his super pac buddies). Anyway... about ten feet away from them stood a single man holding up a home-made black sharpie sign that said "Fuck Romney".

I just exploded in laughter... the sight was hilarious. I don't really condone that kind of language on public signs, but it just struck me so funny! The romulans were all freshly scrubbed, blonde and perky, and the FU guy was scruffy and quite unkempt, but determined!
