The POTUS has been working his ass off for us since day one and he deserves a break.

3. He should do it reagrdless, and ram legalization through by executive order in the lame duck session

And while I am talking about the drug war in general, I am speaking specifically if the concerted effort by the administration to federally go after marijuana in situations where the actions are legal under state law.

But he can certainly set the priorities for the Justice Department and the DEA. Hell just having the DEA reclassify marijuana to Schedule II would be a huge step.

I think he is capable of giving us many more pleasant surprises this next term.

Remember, he is a good and decent man and I believe he will do what he thinks is right in as many places as he can.
