wierd trickster ghost in my house!

Yesterday and just now, I had the t.v. on m.s.n.b.c. while internet surfing on my phone. Suddenly I noticed the t.v.channel was on FOX ! I don't think its possible for cable companies to deliberately cause this: can they?

I've got nothing. I'll go with the conservative ghost. Maybe William F. Buckley is in there somewhere. Just wait for the spirit of Gore Vidal to show up.

It will tell me that it wants to record a suggested program on another channel, and will change at such and such time, unless I say no. After a minute or so, the message disappears and if I miss it, I'll look up and wonder WTF happened.
