(24,411 posts)Karl Rove, Dick Morris and Michael Barone duped Fox News viewers. I am convinced that it was part of Romney's strategy to energize the base by totally bamboozling them about Romney "enthusiasm" and his lead in the polls.
Baloney.
Anyone who was really looking at the numbers, could see that Rove was cherry picking data out of the polls and ignoring significant data. Rove wrote a piece for the WSJ, and it was so convoluted. In other words, it was baloney.
Fox News fed their viewers a whole lot of lies, and I think Romney mandated that Fox do this, to keep the base energized and voting. They had to discredit most of the polls that showed Obama up in many key swing states--what we're seeing tonight. They ignored those polls and focused only on Republican-leaning Rasmussen.
What a joke.
