They are providing THERAPY for their viewers to accept it by doing the kabuki theater of walking to the decision desk to get the smart statistician men to say there just is no way.

I actually think they are doing their RW viewers a good service.

There was one very funny tell when the woman who walked to the decision desk said that "when they practiced this in rehearsal her audio went out."

That's how you know they are actually helping walk their viewers back from the ledge.
