not enough to trigger a recount.

State law allows for the challenger to do a partial recount at their own expense when it is that close and then see if a full recount might make a difference.

Hard core GOP there and they had "experimental electronic voting machines" on or before 2000 it was uncovered when the 2000 election was being mangled.
