I did not realize that Tim Kaine had gone pro-choice

In the past I knew he was opposed to abortions which didn't put him on the top of the list as favorite democrats.

I just heard Rachel say on MSNBC that Kaine came out this year saying he fully protects the rights of a woman to choose.

Thank you Senator-Elect Kaine!

WOW!! I guess that could've been because he headed the DNC in which their platform is pro-choice Liberal_Stalwart71 Nov 2012 #3
That's a relief. Maybe his wife finally talked some sense into him. Warpy Nov 2012 #4

I do see Tim Kaine as one of the potentials to be running for President in 2016.

Kaine has shown to be successful running in a state that sometimes seems to be teetering on red.

I'm hoping that he is pro-choice from his heart. Truly pro-choice, and not just for political expediency.

It's really easy for men to be knee jerk antiabortionists, not so easy when they have to justify it to mothers, wives and daughters.
