A bittersweet morning in Wisconsin--

Obama carried the state by more than 6 points & we elected Tammy Baldwin to the Senate





but the Republicans retained control of the State Senate, and thereby the entire State Government.

What the fuck is wrong with this place?

1. They ousted Jessica King for a real piece of republican work in Gudex. That's a travesty.

They're already talking mining legislation. They just can't wait to get their mining friends some of that $$.

That's the whole point of gerrymandering.

WI-Dems need to re-establish something like the old progressive coalition and wipe out the rural/urban divide.

Over here in Senate District 20 Tanya Lohr ran an aggressive campaign and still lost to Glenn Grothman 7-3. Grothman, for god's sakes.


Not sure how we can stop Scooter and his henchmen from raping us now. John Chisholm may be our last chance.
