I did some volunteering at an Obama office in Loudoun County. It was truly awe inspiring to see the dedication of the volunteers who ran the office and the people who canvassed and phone banked day after day. People also came from Maryland and DC to help in this battleground state. Yesterday was amazing-streams of people all day long offering to drive voters to the polls, bringing food, making phone calls, and canvassing till dark. Some tourists from Norway saw the office and stopped in to express their support and tell us the world was with us. My faith in humanity really got a boost being involved with this effort.
