10 years ago I came to DU despondent after the 2002 mid-term election

I sought solace and like-minded people. Living in a red state is no picnic, but today, I feel transcended! When I first joined DU, I could not have imagined ever feeling as elated as I do today.

I am so grateful for this place.

Now I want to go watch 2016: Obama's America and LAUGH MY ASS OFF!!!!!
