you must buy from a licensed busineess. Unless you're a medical marijuana patient. If you're a patient you can grow but you have a limited number of plants you're allowed to have. The existing laws for patients are suppose to be unchanged except the fact that if you're a patient and you drive you could be charges with a DUI even if you're not impaired.
