I recall when he made that appraisal. There was an outcry in some quarters of DU. "What does he mean????" "How dare he??" "Fuck you, Lindsey!!"

Etc.

But let's try to appreciate how right he was.

There are, really and truly, not enough angry white guys to sustain the points of view of Rush Beck and Ann Limbaugh, and Glenn Coulter and the rest of the clowns who march in that parade.

He was actually spot on when he said that.
