Why are they saying on tv gay marriage passed in Maryland

but not in other states? What about WA state where I live? We passed the measure….

Yep - but all the LGBT orgs have claimed victory in the last hour, my guess is they have enough of the numbers to know its going to pass or they would not have claimed victory already.
