Queen Ann: 'Are we really conceding?'

<snip>

In the days after defeat, a source close to Mrs. Romney said she described the moment she walked onto that stage on election night as 'surreal.' The source adding Mrs. Romney wondered to herself, 'Are we really conceding?' In fact, it was Mrs. Romney who remained most optimistic as returns started pouring in. She was playing with her grandchildren and received updates from others whose eyes were trained on the television screen.

that I won't have to listen to her condescension and whining for 4 years as I am that I don't have to listen to Mitt's condescension and whining. Those two have to be the most unlikable couple in America once they open their mouths.

I for one, am so happy that we will not have to put up with the likes of her for four years. I hope they fade into obscurity and that we never see or hear from any of them ever again.

Trying to humanize him, and pushing the "Obama barely won, he doesn't have a mandate" meme.
I cannot imagine in what capacity Romney would work with Obama. Maybe Obama could send him overseas to dismantle companies in China and India and send jobs back to America?

Presumably only the staffers who didn't need cab fare poured in, or perhaps they were all stuck there anyway. Perhaps Romney offered them leftover pizza "from a box". ABC reported that as if it was a wondrous event. Like Ann wearing jeans and a sweater. Oh gosh, they are just like the rest of us. Maybe the Haviland pizza plates were all dirty or something.

I did not participate in the criticism of Laura Bush (if she was, in fact, strung out on tranquilizers ... I kinda understood) ... but, this wretch .... I absolutely despised.

Her arrogance, elitism and total lack of gratitude for the good fortune she was born into sickened and disgusted me.
