Voting issues in PA

PA in Westmoreland county

just probably made it impossible for me to vote. I'm disabled and I completed a request for medical absentee ballot several years ago. I called last week and was told I was good and that they were being sent out last week, I never got mine. I called today and was told I never requested one. I would have to go online and fill out a new request. I don't understand why they didn't say this last week when I called. I don't understand why they have 2 categories one mail-in-ballot and one absentee ballot and why for absentee due to medical issues they require you to constantly request a new ballot when a permanent disability status isn't going away. I don't understand why in the United States it's so freaking hard to vote.

They only want rich, white straight males or rich white females to have this privilege and are doing their best to make that happen.
