Anyone know if I can stream radio on a notebook?

I have Progressive radio streaming overnight. Yes, I do fall asleep, but I wake up right away if it times out of stops for some reason. I currently use my desktop computer, but I don't want to disturb others in the house, and it would be better if I could just use a tablet or notebook.

Up to 18 months same as cash at Best Buy.

Comes with 8 megs of RAM so also great for YouTube and other video streaming as well.
