Paula Broadwell: My goal was to become National Security Advisor

In her prepared remarks, Broadwell, who attended the university's Josef Korbel School of International Studies, spoke at length of her career ambitions. "My longterm goal had always been to become national security advisor," she said.

certain members of the FBI. I think Petraeus was stupid and horny. There is still a question as to who broke up with who, by the way. Is she getting revenge against him? Did she go to Woodward? Did she send the emails to the gal in FL out of jealousy, or to instigate something else? Why is she giving speeches about Libya, while under investigation for possessing classified material she shouldn't have? I think she's the more interesting character here. Petraeus is just the old powerful guy who wanted something on the side, it seems to me. Hapless.

And I hope that the GOP doesn't, in the words of that prototype Repuke, Todd Akin, "have a way of shutting this whole thing down" before we find out more about this lady's associations and motives.
