If you truly believed that taking care of your employees is important, Darden would not be pulling these ‘can’t afford healthcare’ shenanigans. People in the customer-facing positions should be given top notch pay and benefits. You take care of them, you’ll have delighted customers, returning again and again.

I am truly appalled by such corporate greed.

You all should be ashamed.
