Good God! Everyone involved in this Petraes thing is going insane!

From an NBC news article about the scandal:

Meanwhile, it has come to light that the FBI agent contacted by Kelley about the emails she received from Broadwell was removed from the case. According to officials, the agent’s supervisors said he had become infatuated with Kelley and had sent her shirtless photos of himself.

What on earth is going on?

According to a report from the WP, which is in LBN, Kelley had a very voluminous e-mail correspondence with Gen. Allen, who is the current commander of forces in Afghanistan. He claims that he's done nothing wrong, but it doesn't look good.

Who knows how this will all shake out.

Who's saying that you weren't in on it? Don't tell me you didn't have anything to do with this, buster. Don't act so innocent. Where were you last Sunday afternoon between 2:30 and 3:00?

Now the NEW news is that Jill Kelley and General ALLEN (head of operations in Afghanistan) have exchanged 20,000 to 30,000 pages of emails over a two year time period.

probably to protect Patraeus. I agree with the conclusion here:

http://hotair.com/archives/2012/11/12/cia-denies-broadwell-claim-of-secret-prison-in-benghazi-annex/

Either way, the speech might have forced the FBI and the DoJ into taking some action on Petraeus if they became aware of these allegations, and might have prompted a new investigation into Broadwell’s proximity to classified material. If so, then the need for Petraeus to resign when he did becomes more clear.
