Well, almost all.

The average sofa cushions hold more than enough.

Now attack me for 'assuming' that everyone has a sofa.

But I think you are being judgemental.

Some people have a lot to deal with; I prefer not to hear some people tell other people what their priorities should be.

The dollar you scrounge out of your sofa cushions may be spending money to you; to someone else, it will buy a box of macaroni and cheese for their kid.

Some people don't have checking accounts, ATM cards or credit cards. It's actually true, as unbelievable as that may seem to you.

Of course you can sit on a high horse if you wish; but those walking don't need your scorn.

You can even mail it in if you need to. I gave 10 bucks coz that's what I thought I could afford. Some give that every month. It's totally up to us now. I would not feel bad at all taking advantage of the offer and only paying a buck for the year if that is all I could do.

No way was I gonna be shut out of DU, lol!

I know it's annoying to see ads jumping all over the place, but all that stuff pays back revenue (through page hits) to DU. So think of it as a necessary evil. Yes it sucks, but it keeps our site going.
