Google is currently negotiating a deal to keep Apple from suing the crap out of them over Android.

If they do not pay the going rate (2.25% that Motorola charges everyone under the FRAND process) they are going to lose access to LTE technology...everywhere. Apple does not want to pay that amount and lost a round in Federal court recently, with prejudice. What is an Iphone good for if you cannot make calls?

As for the Bumber, its a rubberized ring to protect a phone. Probably not protected by copyright or trademark. Same with the name (bumper is generic).

Why do so many believe nothing existed until Apple made one. Can't wait until Apple invents the car, I really need to get to work.
