So we can choose to spend a pantload of money on . . . . . .

. . . . . prisons, militarized cops, surveillance devices, fighter jets, warships, covert units, drones, and stock our allies with all the same stuff.

But we can't afford Pell grants or healthcare or daycare or decent housing or . . . . .
