I'm in the next district over, and we were reasonably secure so I focused on CA-7 race. I was disappointed I wasn't able to enjoy an election night victory celebration, but like they say, revenge is best served cold.

Toss Lungren on the dung heap and be done with him.

Caution: CA-7 is a true swing district and I understand the are planning to roll out Doug Ose to run again Doctor Ami Bera for the midterms. I expect another close nail biter.

Lungren, Bilbray, and Bono Mack, plus we picked up a couple of unchallenged seats. I'm still waiting for the smoke to clear and some sage to step up and write the definitive piece on the California elections results. All in all, it was a grand election for Californians with the exception of the failure of Prop 37 (GMO labeling).

then he moved to another district where he wasn't known, kept doing that, kept staying in office. I hope we've seen the last of him and he doesn't find yet another place to run in.

as our district had been gerrymandered heavily by repubs. now it's much different. i am soooooo glad lungren is history!
