The blame game continues in the wake of Mitt Romney's Election Night loss. Now, the New York Times is reporting that some in the Romney campaign are directly blaming NJ Gov. Chris Christie - notably due to his partnership with Pres. Obama after Hurricane Sandy.

(7,512 posts)Pick an excuse and stick with it. Was it the society leeches aka the 47% (which I guess was a lot closer to 51%) that just wanted Obama's gifts? Was it Chris Christie actually having a moment of conscience and reaching out to help his fellow man in a time of crisis? Or did Obama just simply kick your ass? I mean make up your damn minds already.

(5,648 posts)that the converse were true going into the storm: "Hey, it looks like it'll hit a place with one of our guys in charge! He'll lambast the President for faulty relief efforts and we can make this look like Obama's "Katrina!"
Of course, they're really faulting Christie for realizing that, in a disaster, there is clearly no time for politics.

Thousands and thousands of small mirrors with "who's fault Rmoney lost" scribbles on the glass with marker.
I've seen pics of him recently going to see a movie in public and pumping his own gas with his hair blowing in the wind. Is he trying to look like a normal person again or what? I'll bet the Rmoney's have not been to a public movie in decades. Pumping his own gas? I'm surprised that he knew how. I'm sure he has a boy to do that. You know, whoever tends to the car elevator at the house, probably keeps them filled as well.
I hope that asshole isn't planning yet another run. "I know I can make them like me", I can imagine him whining.
