Kamala Harris has seen immense success in her career, from district attorney of San Francisco to vice president of the United States. Look back at the many firsts and accomplishments she's collected over the years.

here’s some talking points for y’all.

Biden is obviously impressed with her and wants her to succeed. Let us trust him on this!''

She passed, surpassed really, a test of her ability to speak on behalf of our country while in Europe. She was fantastic.

I see her, proudly, as our next President and our first woman president!

....and those points didn't resonate with Democratic voters when she was a candidate for President. Her immediate problem is that she hasn't built a reputation for her work as VP.

I don't doubt she could step into the job of President if she had to, but I don't think I'd consider her over other prospective Democratic choices in 2028.

I was so torn between Harris and Warren in 2020.

I still hold out hope that Kamala will be president some day.

7. Do you wonder if Biden might consider stepping aside for her (not now but in his second term)?

I'm sure that at his age he might have a health event that would make him and his family decide it was best that he do so. It would burnish his image forever as both a great president and the president who made our first woman president possible...

8. If he had a serious health event, I would think Biden would do the right thing

Biden is not a power hungry egomaniac. Therefore what is best for the country would be his utmost concern.

Kamala is more than ready and very capable of taking over.

I doubt Biden would just step aside to just let Kamala take over.

It scares me to think what Trump will pick as VP. As the right tries to scare Americans with the thought of Harris as president the really scary thought is what scum Trump will pick. That person will be bad for America simply because Trump picked them.

I can't think of anyone currently on the right who has the temperament, ability and qualifications to be president. And if Trump is picking them by definition they will be a terrible choice. The chances of Trump dying in office are much greater than Biden.

I have often thought how bad a President Pence would have been.

12. I'm relieved. I think Biden knows the country has concerns about his health and he is confronting that reality.
