There's a certain odd sense of gilded Gatsby like decadence of Mar-a-Lago that gives it some redeemable value if you subtract its association with Trump.

On the other hand, Trump Tower is just an irredeemable atrocity on all counts. Tear it to the ground. Rebuild the Bonwit Teller building that used to stand there.

but that's pretty strong language for an office building...
