Trump Confesses He Has the Money to Post Bond Amid Bizarre Meltdown

After having reached out to several guarantors and 30 suretors for help posting his $464 million New York bank fraud bond, Donald Trump suddenly wants everyone to know he actually does have the cash. In a bizarre rant on Friday morning, the man who was found to have defrauded banks and investors by overvaluing himself and the value of his properties claimed that he had accrued the wealth by way of “HARD WORK, TALENT, AND LUCK.”

Trump also admitted he has nearly half a billion dollars in cash. The confession directly contradicts a filing from his legal team last month arguing that it would be “impossible” to secure a bond covering the full amount of the multimillion-dollar ruling.

Trump’s words will surely help out New York Attorney General Letitia James, who on Wednesday urged an appeals court to ignore Donald Trump’s latest effort to worm his way out of paying the $464 million disgorgement from his bank fraud trial. then it is a lie. Can't believe a word the man says. Tomorrow, he'll probably say something different.

He psychologically cannot ever admit any weakness, and he ends up stumbling over himself because of it.

The underlying judgment on the fraud claim underscores this. For example, when it came out that the tax assessed value of Mar-a-Lago was only $15 million (because he agreed to have it taxed as a club and not a residence), he threw a complete fit, insisting that the value of the property was much higher. Which--if it were viewed as a residence--might be true, except that corroborated his fraudulent statements to lenders inflating that official tax assessed value, thus supporting the finding of fraud.

Like the Narcissist I dealt with back in the day they all share the same condition of not keeping quiet when they should for their own benefit. More often than not they lie and live in a fog of delusion.

And we’ll know by Monday if he’s gonna pay or not. Until then, I don’t care because he loves the attention and he’s not getting mine. The judicial system has a real problem and it won’t get any better until they put an end to his delay games and face his consequences like the rest of us would have to.

If you or I were facing court sanctions and we whined to the judge for several days we can't come up with the money, but then we post on social media that we have the money, we just wanted to use it for something else, you or I would be arrested and held in contempt of court.

he wants someone else's money at risk because he's planning on somehow not paying (once he is dictator). If he puts up his own cash, when he loses it's gone.

Of course he's also probably lying about having the money. But if he did have it....
