The judge has a standing court obligation on Wednesdays which he intends to keep, unless this case starts getting bogged down.

I was hoping the Donald would be grossly inconvenienced on a daily basis. The quicker, the sooner he could get back to the campaign entertaining us with his historical anecdotes.
