That's the scary part. This stuff is public information and well-known, and they still vote for the scumbags.

And I just want to scream at him that if he feels this way then CHANGE FREAKING PARTIES!!!

But I guess he doesn’t mind being allied with what he admits are child predators and Bigots!

I know that in Oklahoma; most of the people elected to local offices are running as Democrats no matter what their real affiliation might be simply because it is easier to win. Long history of voting for Democrats in that state when I grew up there and we even had Democratic Senators and Governors. Not even though the top of the State is firmly MAGA; the local tradition still holds. My father never voted Republican nor have I but a lot of Oklahoma has bought into populism because of the lack of jobs and prospects in the State; most of the college educated leave the state to find jobs. I left a long time ago but still have family there.

Those millions of republicans want an authoritarian gov't but they mistakenly think they will be the few thousand elites actually in charge.

Those millions are useful tools for those who will actually be in charge.

One poster called it a 'new social feudalism age'.
