Plausible Deniability.....

If Tr**p is acquitted because of 'plausible deniability' it makes one wonder to what extent Tr**p and his people went out of their way to create a situation where they can use a 'plausible deniability' defense.

He thought the checks he was signing were for legitimate 'legal expenses'. He was just doing his job as the primary person in the Tr**p Org and signing the checks that someone else put in front of him. He didn't have to know what the expenses were for. He didn't know what he was signing these checks for.

If that be the case - wouldn't one be suspect of the machinations that he and his minions had to go through to be able to pull something like this off?

Wouldn't that be enough to establish that they plotted to be able to use this as an excuse/defense?

Wouldn't that point to and intent to deceive?

considering he pays almost no one back for things, like how he didn't pay Pecker back for Karen's story.

It's second nature for him to delgate and try to be 1 or 2 people removed from every crime. But they have tape recordings of this and Cohen already did time for these same crimes.

... know what he's signing and not just mechanically sign whatever is put in front of him. If he claims he's that irresponsible, he should never have a job that requires personal integrity. I know it doesn't matter to MAGAts; but it could be used against him in his campaign.
